HPG International buys everything a hotel needs to open: the FF&E, meaning furniture, fixtures and equipment, and the OS&E, the linens, glassware and supplies.

Every project gets a dedicated project manager who runs it from the first budget to the last close-out document, with our accounting, admin and IT teams behind them.

Our people come from accounting, design, hotel operations, manufacturing, freight and construction, so we check every item for durability, safety codes and how it will hold up in service. We have run national rollouts, OS&E programs and ReFresh renovations from Macau to Lima.

    We set the first FF&E and OS&E budget and buy the model room. Then we check every item in the design documents for size, finish, cost, durability and health and safety codes.

    Sourcing and purchasing

    Global sourcing · Procurement and contracting

    We tender each package to vendors in Asia, South America, North America and Europe and compare prices. Then we set the final budget, negotiate terms and issue every purchase order.

    Accounting and documentation

    We control the budget, pay vendors, check every price and report any variance. Warranty, maintenance, flame spread and close-out documents are kept in order.

    Logistics

    We choose carriers, schedule inbound and outbound freight, clear customs, follow import and export rules and chase anything running late.

    Project management

    We schedule the work, model the critical path and report status, then run the warehouse and manage installation on site until the room is ready to open.
